As the world’s largest producer, China’s corn starch annual output exceeded 32.85 million tons in 2023, accounting for 41.7% of the global total. With the Healthy China Initiative driving demand for low-GI foods, the penetration rate of functional starch deep-processing products has surpassed 65%, creating a dual growth pattern combining traditional upgrades and emerging markets.

Marking the 20th anniversary of the Shanghai International Starch & Derivatives Exhibition from June 15-17, 2026, we will adopt “Boundary-Breaking” as our anniversary theme to create an industrial platform integrating raw material supply, intelligent equipment, international cooperation, and innovation incubation.
